I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
You can reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. An email will be sent with instructions to reset it.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password by clicking on “Account” and choose “change password”.
Why can't I log into my account?
Ensure that your email and password are correct. If you’re still having trouble, try resetting your password. If issues persist, contact support.
How can I change my email address?
Your email address is used as your user name. This can not be changed. Please contact support.
Subscriptions
How does the free trial work?
You will have access to all course materials for 3 days. After the trial period has ended you will automatically be enrolled in a monthly or yearly membership – depending on your choice during sign up. Cancelation during the 3 day trial will not result in any charges.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes. You can change your subscription plan at all times. To do this go to Subscriptions” and choose your subscription. Choose your new subscription plan and click “Next”. On the next page you will see your updated billing cycle. Click “Confirm” to update your subscription plan.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Go to Subscriptions” and choose your subscription. Click “Cancel Plan”. Your subscription (or free trial) will end before the next billing cycle and you will not be able to access any of the course materials after the subscription has ended.
